AHRI - Blended short courses

transitioned AHRI’s existing face-to-face training into a suite of blended learning

We are very proud to be the preferred supplier for the Australian HR Institute (AHRI), a national HR association with over 20,000 members. Over the last year, we have developed fifteen blended courses for AHRI, covering subjects such as Change Management, Women in HR Leadership, Effective Interviewing and Selection and more.

The blended courses incorporate a range of custom digital assets, including:

  • Live video footage
  • Illustrative case studies
  • Interactive activities
  • Podcasts with industry professionals

We additionally provided extensive support in the setup of their Moodle LMS platform, and subsequent migration to Canvas LMS.

ARACY - The Common Approach

Leveraged ARACY'S strengths to create a blended and engaging learning experience

ARACY are a not-for-profit organisation established to research and advocate for the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and their families. They have developed the Common Approach - a practical, accessible, and evidence-based way of having wellbeing conversations with children and young people to identify and address challenges to their wellbeing.

ARACY engaged clear effect to create an eLearning program to expand their reach and significantly reduce the volume of face-to-face delivery required.

clear effect worked collaboratively with ARACY to design and develop a practical program that leveraged their strengths, resources, and strong support from their community of Common Approach users. The finished program features:

  • Insights through videos and podcasts from practitioners, experts, and Common Approach trainers
  • Facilitated training and practical, interactive assessment
  • Personal and work-based reflection activities and tasks
  • Visually appealing and engaging theory activities

Designed and created SPL'S job offer to six months induction program

SPL, the largest national supplier of quality linen and laundry services across Australia, engaged us to complete an extensive TNA to define and design a national induction program in a fast evolving and largely informal training environment.

Through a series of content discovery sessions with the most experienced people throughout the business, we collated and distilled the organisation’s collective wisdom into a blended learning curriculum including:

  • Live video from key people throughout the organisation
  • A series of short, digital learning pathways
  • Reminders and checklists for new starters and their managers
  • Structured workplace induction activities

Clear effect have provided amazing guidance in the planning and design of our induction program. Working from the limited documentation we have, they’ve pulled together information from all corners of the business, developed a thorough working knowledge of our new LMS, and pulled it all together into a smart and complete blended solution for multiple audiences.
